"Adopt an Abandoned Grave"

Many of the older graves have been falling into disrepair. No monies were paid to keep them, way back when. This potential project is a subject the Friends of Christ Church Cemetery are going to discuss.

Many of these stones can be saved just by adoption with a little tender love and care from neighbours. Others need specialist restoration - that exceeds this project's remit.
